Baby Parma #2

Here are a couple of ultrasound pics of our up-and-coming Parma girl. Emily is 26 weeks along, estimated due date of November 25th. We're so happy to say that, despite a high-risk pregnancy, both Emily and baby are doing well with no complications.

And [here's where you come in] we really need name suggestions. Even if you don't normally post, please post now with your fave girl names (ones you wouldn't mind us potentially borrowing, of course).

She looks like she's blowing bubbles in the second one.

As for names - do you have any requirements (ends in "a", two syllables)?

Assuming you do, I like the following:
* Cora
* Sienna
* Lila
* Eva
* Aida
* Etta
* Kiera
* Nora
* Tea
* Tessa

Baby names site I love - babynamewizard.com (and its blog) and nymbler.com. (Also babynames.com advanced search.)

Good luck! I'm so happy for you guys!

I have a 14 months old daughter, Ainet. I love that name, reason I put it to her. Other names I really like are Jana (my next choice if I have another girl)and Sara. I guess they sound weird to you but I think they are nice. Good luck!!! and... Congratulations!!!

Looking good! Im glad everything is going well. I only have boy names on my mind at the moment, and that is a struggle. I am not much help. Sorry.

In Mrs. Dub's defense, I REALLY like Sienna, Eva, Kiera and Tessa. Eva was actually one of my top 3 before David shot it down. I guess he dated an Eva and it ended poorly (obviously).

Unless you post your own name suggestions, no dissing other peoples'!

Well, I have a few suggestions that aren't all three syllables but they're good.

* Christina
* Sarita
* Calli (even though it doesn't end in an "a")
* Trisha (doesn't go with Parma though)
* Abagail
* Angela (trust me, there's no hidden meaning here :) )
* I also like Sienna, and Kiera that were suggested earlier. Good Luck!

Ok, so you know I like to be really different so here's some that I found:

* Alvita - vivacious, full of life
* Aria - a beautiful melody
* Laveda - one who is purified or innocent

* Maya - the great one
* Portia - An offering
* Ava - the Latin meaning is 'birdlike'
* Jayna - bringer of victory

Hi Em, this is Christian. You're only choice is Ava. That is my number one choice, but since we will have 3 boys, you really should take it.

So Monica pointed at that my Ava name won't work because that's the same as Eva... guess I thought they were pronounced differently. Tell David to give up his ghost.. haha- if not here are a couple of more - Sorry I know they are all very similar to Mrs. Dub's suggestions:

* Nicia (NEE-sha)
* Dacia (DAY-sha)
* Talia (TAL-yah)
* Ella
* Hana
* Chana (Channa)
* Lina (Leena)
* Ayla
* Leyla
* Lorna (I knew a girl in grade school with this name and used to wish it was mine...)
... And I still like
* Maya (Tania's niece has this name)
