On Christmas Eve I took Bria with me to get some hot chocolate at 7-11. Between her own cup of chocolatey mini marshmallows and the excitement of the day, she says to me, "Mom, I'm such a lucky girl today!" Yes, you are, Bria.

I thought Bria could push through her nap today. Just after a bath--and not yet clothed because she insists on picking out her clothes and dressing herself--I found her under a blanket on the living room floor. She's still naked and wet but fast asleep. Should I wake her?

Our sink was majorly clogged for several days. To avoid the $200 plumber fee, we rented a sewer machine and Emily unclogged it! David made me take a picture ... and he says that I get all the "Man" credit.
